Royal K9 workshops are designed for dog owners who want to focus on one area of improvement in a concentrated, hands-on format. Each session blends demonstration, guided practice, and direct feedback so you leave with skills you can apply immediately.
Workshops cover a wide range of topics from leash handling and recall to confidence-building, social behaviour, and focus around distractions. Whether you’re new to training or refining advanced skills, each event delivers practical insights you can put to work the very same day.
During a workshop, you’ll:

Watch live demonstrations and real-world examples.

and immediate feedback. Class sizes are intentionally small to ensure personal attention
and meaningful progress.
Workshops range in time depending on the topic and are hosted at Royal K9’s training facility or designated off-site locations.

We’ve had some online training sessions for out-of-control homecomings (think jumping and scratching and barking and squealing 😮💨), and now homecomings are definitely 70% better 🙌
We recently did a workshop on leash handling and walking. I have two 60 lb goldendoodles that I walk on gentle leaders and let me tell you, they are excitable 😳 when it comes to seeing dogs and people on our walks.
BUT since taking this workshop with Angie it has been a night and day difference! Loose leash walks are so enjoyable! We took our dogs to a crowded beach, and even to the Fair!
